Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you unexpectedly wish to return a product, we offer a simple and smooth return process.

The lamps must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
REMEMBER to include your order number in the package, so we can ensure a quick processing of your return shipment.
No labels should be applied or anything that could damage the original packaging. Labels should only be applied to the outer packaging where the original shipping label was placed. The return label must be placed on top of the original shipping label.
Claims
If you encounter an issue with one of our products, we are here to ensure a smooth and fair resolution. If your claim is valid, we will replace the product at no extra cost to you. To make the process as quick and efficient as possible, we kindly ask that you send us photo documentation of the issue. This not only helps us assess the situation swiftly but also provides valuable insights that allow us to continue improving our products.
