The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases on our website. We recommend that you read the terms carefully before shopping with us.
Payment
ANTIDARK accepts online payments with: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, and MobilePay. We do not apply any transaction fees to your purchase.
The payment for your order will be deducted from your account when it is shipped from our warehouse, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
ANTIDARK uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information.
When you order an item from www.antidark.dk, you will automatically receive an email receipt confirming your order.
Shipping and Delivery
We send your order to a parcel shop in Denmark. Please note that we do not ship to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, or countries outside Denmark. All goods are delivered by GLS unless otherwise agreed. Longer delivery times can be expected for non-bridge-connected islands.
The expected delivery time is 1-2 business days. If you place your order on a weekday before 12:00, the order will be shipped the same day. If ordered later, the order will be packed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or vacation periods will be shipped the first business day thereafter.
If the item is on backorder, feel free to contact us so we can inform you of the product’s delivery time. You can always track your order via the track & trace link you receive by email when we ship your order.
If the package is not picked up at the parcel shop and is returned to us, we will deduct the shipping cost, including return shipping, from the total amount refunded to you.
Your order may need to be delivered on a pallet due to fragility and/or size. Pallet deliveries are not made to parcel shops but only to private or business addresses, and a signature is required upon receipt. We offer curbside delivery for pallet shipments, and we ask that you ensure the delivery driver has easy access to the delivery location. Curbside deliveries must be placed on solid ground and cannot be delivered on grass or gravel, as this may affect the condition of the goods. If your order is delivered on a pallet, we will inform you accordingly.
Prices
All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including 25% VAT and excluding shipping costs. The shipping rates apply to orders delivered in Denmark and do not include Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
We offer free shipping on purchases over 500 DKK. For purchases of 499 DKK or less, the shipping cost is 60 DKK.
Discount codes and other discounts cannot be applied to already discounted items and cannot be combined with other discounts. Discount codes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
At ANTIDARK, we offer an extended 30-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your order. This gives you the opportunity to experience our products in your space, so you can be sure they meet your expectations.
If you decide that the product is not right for you, you must notify us within 30 days via our return form. If you have questions, feel free to contact us at shop@antidark.dk or by phone at +45 6341 8888.
How to Return an Item:
Return Notification: Fill out the return form on our website within 30 days of receiving your order. It is important that your return is registered so that we can process the returned item when it arrives at our warehouse, whether you return the item via shipping or drop it off directly at our address.
When filling out the return form, you have three return options:
- Order a return label from GLS through us, which you will receive via email. It costs 60 DKK per package.
- Handle your return shipping through another shipping company.
- Drop off your return at our address in Middelfart during our opening hours.
Please note that after completing the return form, the product must be shipped back to us or dropped off at our location within 14 days.
Packaging: Pack the item securely, just as you received it, and include your order number. Remember, the product must be in the same condition as when received, and it must be packed in its original packaging.
Attach the Return Label: If you purchased a return label through us, you will receive an email with a QR code. Scan the QR code to display your return label. Print the return label and attach it to the outer packaging over the original shipping label. If you do not have a printer, you can show the QR code at your GLS parcel shop, and the employee will print a label to be placed on the package.
If you handle the return shipping through another carrier, you can purchase a return label as soon as you have filled out the return form. The package should be sent to the following address:

Print your return label and attach it to the outer packaging over the original shipping label. If you are unable to print the return label, check if your local parcel shop can assist you.
Dropping off your package: Drop off your package at a parcel shop.
If you wish to drop it off directly at our address, remember to fill out the return form beforehand. The item can be dropped off during our opening hours. When you arrive, simply contact one of our staff members, and we will assist you with your return. Our address is:

Refund: Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will refund the full purchase amount to the original payment method. We aim to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 business days from the receipt of the returned item for your refund to be completed.
