As a private customer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online at ANTIDARK. In addition, ANTIDARK offers an extended return period, giving you a total of 30 days from the day you, or a person chosen by you, received the item.
You can withdraw from your entire purchase or only parts of your order.
How to withdraw
Fill out the form below and click “Confirm withdrawal”.
Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail as documentation that we have received your withdrawal.
What happens next?
Once you have completed the form, we have registered your withdrawal.
At ANTIDARK, you have a 30-day return period from the day you received the item. This means that you must register your withdrawal and return the item to us no later than 30 days after receipt.

Return shipping is at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.
Once we have received the returned item, we will refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided documentation that the item has been returned.

If you have chosen to order your return label through us, you will receive an e-mail with the return label as a PDF. You must print it and attach it to the parcel.
If you have chosen to arrange the return shipment yourself, you can do so as soon as you have completed the form above and clicked “Confirm withdrawal”.
The same applies if you choose to deliver the items to us yourself. Please remember to check our opening hours and speak to a member of staff when you arrive, so we can handle your return correctly.
