We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you unexpectedly wish to return a product, we offer a simple and smooth return process.

Lamps must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
REMEMBER to include your order number in the package, so we can ensure a quick processing of your return shipment.
Labels must not be affixed or otherwise damage the original packaging. Labels may only be placed on the outer packaging, where the original shipping label was located. The return label should be placed on top of the original shipping label.
We reserve the right not to refund orders where these requirements are not met.

You have 30 days to cancel your purchase from the day the product is received
You have 3 options for returning your package with us:
- Order a return label from GLS through us, which you will receive via email. The cost is 60 DKK per package.
- Arrange your own return shipment via another courier.
- Drop off your return package at our address in Middelfart during our opening hours.
If you wish to exchange a lamp for another, you must return the lamp to us and place a new order for the lamp you want instead.
It's that easy!
- Create your return shipment here on our return portal, whether you wish to send it through us, arrange the return yourself, or drop off the items with us.
- Pack your items as they were when you received them. See Packaging Requirements.
- Drop off your package at a GLS parcel shop or with the courier of your choice.
- You will receive your refund.

Please note that we process your return label request manually, so you may not always receive it immediately, but within our opening hours.
If you have chosen to order your return label from us, you will receive a return label and QR code at the email address you have entered. The return label will be attached as a PDF, which you can print and place on the package. If you do not have a printer, you can show the QR code at your GLS parcel shop, and the staff will print a label to be placed on the package.
If you have chosen to handle the return shipment yourself, you can do so as soon as you have completed the form above and clicked ‘Submit Return Form.’
The same applies if you choose to drop off the items with us. Just remember to check our opening hours and contact a staff member at the location so we can process your return correctly.
Price for return shipping
You are responsible for the cost of your return shipment to us. The price will be deducted when we issue your refund. The price for your return shipment is per label, and the following size requirements apply to your packages:
- Maximum weight: 20 kg.
- Maximum length: 200 cm on the longest side
- Length + circumference must not exceed 300 cm
Your price for a GLS return label: 60 DKK per return label.
Packaging requirements
Please see the packaging size requirements above. If the size of your return shipment exceeds these requirements, you are free to choose any other return shipping method.
The lamps must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

When do I receive my money?
We will process your refund for the return shipment as quickly as possible. It may take up to 7 days from the time we receive your return.
You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment. The total cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund amount. The refunded amount will be credited to the same account you used when purchasing the items.

At ANTIDARK, we are proud of the quality and design of our lighting products. However, we understand that buying online requires a certain level of trust, and we aim to strengthen this trust by offering an extended 30-day right of withdrawal. This allows you to experience and integrate our products into your space, ensuring that they meet your expectations.
How does the right of withdrawal work?
Decision period: From the moment you receive your product, you have 30 days to decide if you want to keep it. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we provide you with more time than the standard legal period of 14 days.
Notification of withdrawal: If you decide the product is not right for you, you must inform us within the 30-day period. This can be done through our contact form on this page. If you have any questions, you can contact us at shop@antidark.dk or by phone at +45 6341 8888.
Returning the product: After informing us, the product must be returned within 14 days. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Refund: Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will refund the full purchase amount to the original payment method. Please note that ANTIDARK does not cover the cost of returning the product.

Exceptions: Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or adapted to individual needs.
Condition of returned items: To ensure a full refund, the product must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. Products that are returned damaged, used, or in a condition that clearly indicates they have been used beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product may result in a refusal of refund or a deduction for depreciation.
Processing time for refunds: We strive to process your refund quickly. However, please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of the returned item for the refund to be completed.
