To return an item, please use our return portal. At Antidark, as a private customer, you have an extended return period; we offer a 30-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the item. Make sure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it and that it is returned in the original packaging. Read more about RETURNS.
If you experience any issues with your product, please contact us immediately. We will ask for photo documentation of the problem and ask some follow-up questions to better understand the situation. After that, we will ensure a quick and satisfactory resolution.
Orders placed in Denmark before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day and delivered within 1-2 business days. For orders within the rest of the EU, expect a delivery time of 4-6 business days. We offer free shipping in Denmark for private customers on orders over 499 DKK. Read more about DELIVERY.
