We will be closed for the Christmas holiday
from December 21st
until January 2nd.
If you place your order by Thursday, December 19th, before 12:00 noon, we’ll ship your items before we go on Christmas holiday. If you order after this, we’ll pack your items as soon as we’re back on January 2nd.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions
To return an item, please use our return portal. At Antidark, as a private customer, you have an extended return period; we offer a 30-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the item. Make sure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it and that it is returned in the original packaging. Read more about RETURNS.
If you experience any issues with your product, please contact us immediately. We will ask for photo documentation of the problem and ask some follow-up questions to better understand the situation. After that, we will ensure a quick and satisfactory resolution. Read more about CLAIMS here
If you place an order on a business day before 12 PM, your order will be shipped the same day and delivered within 1-2 business days. For orders placed on weekends, holidays, and during vacation periods, the item will be shipped on the first business day thereafter. We only deliver to parcel shops in Denmark. We offer free shipping in Denmark for private customers on orders over 499 DKK.

If you are shopping as a private customer with us, we deliver to parcel shops in Denmark. However, please note that we do not ship to Greenland, the Faroe Islands, or any countries outside of Denmark.
We offer free delivery to Danish parcel shops for orders over 500 DKK. For purchases of 499 DKK or less, the delivery cost is 60 DKK including VAT.
At ANTIDARK, we offer private customers an extended 30-day right of withdrawal, valid from the day you receive your order.
In short – when you shop with us as a private customer:
All our prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and euros and include 25% VAT. We offer free shipping on purchases over 500 DKK. For purchases below this amount, the shipping cost is 60 DKK.
We ship your order with GLS to a parcel shop in Denmark, with an expected delivery time of 1-2 business days. If you place your order before 12:00 PM on weekdays, we will ship it the same day. You can track your order via a track & trace link, which you will receive by email.
We accept payment by Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, and MobilePay, and the payment will only be charged when the item is dispatched. Returns must be made within 30 days via our return portal.
