Lighting for stores
The most common question our customers ask is:
What kind of lighting is important in my store?
Lighting in stores consists of several different types of light; both a general lighting and lighting for the different products that need to be highlighted. Additionally, it may also consist of various mood lighting in corners, etc. It is also important to consider the lighting at the entrance, as it is the first impression customers get of the store. They should feel welcome and the lighting should be comfortable and not too cold and sterile. The right lighting has a positive impact on customers’ behavior and mood.
Lighting at the checkout area should be good, so it is easy for both customers and salespeople to see the register, buttons on the payment terminal, coins, bills, cards, etc.
Lighting in stores primarily consists of our Global track series with either EASY or S16 spots as the primary lighting. This generally applies to commercial lamps.
In addition, we add extra mood lighting in corners and over the cash register with pendants, which help to put the finishing touches on the design and expression of the space.
