If you are shopping as a private individual, we deliver to parcel shops in Denmark.
We strive to ship your order the same day you place it, and can therefore deliver within 1-2 business days in Denmark.

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year warranty on all our lamps. Additionally, we have chosen to offer a 5-year warranty on our products with COB (Chip).
Under each product, you can find a PDF with the product’s data sheet. In the data sheets, you can find specifications such as Watt, Lumen, CRI, Kelvin, etc.
Lamps that do not have an integrated LED light source are delivered without a light bulb. Therefore, a compatible light bulb must be purchased separately, unless otherwise specified.

Lamps and light sources need to be kept clean so that dust and dirt do not reduce the light’s intensity.
Wipe the lamps occasionally to remove dust. This applies to the entire lamp. This also extends the lamp’s lifespan, as dust can settle on the light source and shorten its life.
Always remember to wipe the lamps with a dry cloth – never with a wet cloth.
If there are grease stains on the outer part of the lamp, they can be removed with a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water. Never use cleaning agents with abrasives or solvents.
To return a product, please use our return portal. At Antidark, as a private customer, you have an extended return policy. We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. Ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it and that it is returned in its original packaging. Read more about RETURNS.

Abroad: If your order is to be delivered outside Denmark, you will have to expect a delivery time of 4-6 days.

Lamps and light sources must be kept clean so that dust and dirt do not inhibit the strength of the light.
Clean the lamps once in a while to remove dust. This applies to the entire lamp. In this way, you also extend the life time of the lamp, as the dust can stick to the light source and shorten the life time.
Remember to always clean the lamps with a dry cloth – never a wet cloth.
If there are grease stains on the outer part of the lamp, however, it can be removed with a soft cloth with wrung out lukewarm water.
